Chris is a researcher with a background in qualitative social science, specifically Anthropology. Between her undergrad and grad degrees, she has worked in market research facilities, cultural institutions as an evaluator, and with customer service in tech before setting her sights on UX.

Currently Chris works on a team responsible for user research focused on consumer facing digital channels. The team works in both Agile and Waterfall processes depending on the project. Chris is currently entrenched in Agile concepting sprints and personally runs usability tests a few times a month, while also making room for smaller ad-hoc studies.

She has recently found a passion for documentation and leads a dual repository and issue tracking initiatives. She believes that no insight should be left behind!
